Can I choose what to upgrade?
Absolutely. All plans are sold separately so you can choose whether you want to add more live chat operators and machinas.
Can I change my subscription anytime I want?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime you want, regardless of whether you have an active paid subscription.
When will my plans refresh?
The limit refreshes every 30 days. If you are on the paid plan, the limit will refresh after 30 days, starting from the moment you have made your payment.
Can I cancel a paid plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your paid plan at any time. The only exception would be if we agreed beforehand on custom Exairon pricing with different terms.
